No. They are eight entry points into one connected delivery model. A single community effort can draw on several pillars at once, and progress in one area is designed to strengthen the others.
Who decides what gets funded?+
Priorities begin with communities and local government through participatory planning. We bring patient, responsible capital alongside — shaped by local needs, not imposed targets.
Where does the work happen?+
Delivery is anchored in Nigeria, beginning in Abuja and working through ward- and LGA-level systems, with an ambition to connect across the Global South.
How do you measure whether it works?+
Through monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL). We publish what we learn, distinguish evidence from aspiration, and adapt before we scale.
How can an organisation or funder take part?+
